Sundas Foundation

Director General PHA Umar Jahangir visited Sundas Foundation in Lahore, on 21 July, 2022. He was warmly welcome by President Yaseen Khan and Director Khalid Abbas Dar.

DG Pakistan Horticulture Authorities met thalassemia and hemophilia patients individually and inquired about their health. He also discussed their health problems with them, and distributed gifts among them. Director General PHA Umar Jahangir visited the well-equipped blood bank and State of the Art Laboratory. During his visit he also observed the process of blood screening and blood transfusion. He was inspired by the dedication of Sundas Foundation. He also talks about the prevention of thalassemia and emphasis that masses should go for “Thalassemia Test” before marriage, as it’s the only way to control the deadly disease like Thalassemia. Director General Pakistan Horticulture Authorities Mr. Umar Jahangir assured his full cooperation with Sundas Foundation in this noble cause and he also requested the benevolent people to donate as much as possible so that these innocent kids could live a better life. Mr. Adianlon, Senior Columnist Asif Affan, Ali Rauf, Abdullah Malik and Aamna Munawar Qureshi were also present during the visit.
